Check ntp status and time on your ESX servers

Inspired by dkfbp in the VMware Community forums, i made this simple script that checks the date/time and ntpd service status of your ESX servers. Its a Powershell/vSphere PowerCLI script that basically serves as a wrapper for plink.exe which then executes commands to a list of provided ESX servers to check.
